Steven R. Lee studied Computer Science at California State University, Chico. He is an IT professional member of the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA®) and currently holds CompTIA A+, Network+ and LINUX+ Certification.

His experience with computers started in 1980, programming for some of the first IBM compatible PCs using computer languages such as BASIC, Pascal, C/C++, Fortran, Prolog, COBOL, and assembly programming for MIPS, Alpha, and the Motorola 68000 series.

In 1998, Steve was the first instructor in the State of California, North of Sacramento to offer CompTIA® A+ Certification®, teaching at that time for Pacific Technical Institute, Inc. He has also taught classes at Sierra West Academy and Destiny College, all of Chico, California.

He has taught classes on Introduction to Computers, Desktop Publishing, Computer Programming, Web Design, Network Administration and PC Technician & Repair.
